Terms & Conditions

  • This website is operated by Out There Living Ltd. hereafter referred to as “we” “us” or “ours. All purchases made on this website are governed by these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will be those in effect at the time of purchase. Out There Living Ltd is a company registered in England, registration No 13178797. For all enquiries our email address is sue@outthereliving.co.uk and our telephone number is 07865 603258. For deliveries, collections and returns our address is Stoneshill Cottage, Stoneshill, Sandford, Devon EX17 4EF. 

  • Once you have chosen a product or products select either add to cart or buy now and you will be directed to your shopping cart. You can delete items from the cart if you wish to do so, you can also continue to shop for additional items. Once you are happy with all your selections in the cart you can proceed to checkout. In the checkout area you will be asked to provide detailed information including your billing address, delivery address, email and contact number, please ensure that the information you provide is accurate. You will also be asked to agree to our terms and conditions before we can accept the order. Once you have confirmed the order you will be directed to the payment section, you will be able to pay by secure payment gateway by either credit or debit card. Once we have accepted your order by email you will receive a further email confirmation that your order is being processed and an order number, please keep a record of your order number and ensure that you quote this in any correspondence with us. 

  • How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

  •  If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

  • We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on the website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of an extra sum due or refund any overpayment made by you (as applicable). The processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by us at any time up to shipment of that order. We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice.

 

  • Should you order something from us and wish to terminate the order soon after, if we have already despatched the goods, you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us.

  • All goods are subject to availability. For  DeliVita products please note that these products are made to order for us and delivery times may vary from time to time.  We endeavour to keep the website up to date on delivery times, and once an order has been placed for either a Mila or DeliVita product we will confirm via email the current estimated delivery time. Although we endeavour to ensure that stock is available on all items advertised on the website  this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. In the event of unavailability of an item we will advise you of the position when we receive your order.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

                     Please note for all the products that we advertise there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays

     Wood Fired Ovens

  • Delivita – We aim to have your oven delivered to you within 8 weeks of placing the order. These ovens are handmade. Timescales are approximate only.

 

  • Prior to delivery you will be notified of the proposed delivery date. Pease notify us of any issues such as narrow lanes, or weight limits as we cannot be held responsible for non –delivery should there be an access issue.

 

  • You must be available to sign for the delivery otherwise there will be an additional charge for re-delivery

 

  • Please do not sign for and accept any goods until you have unpacked and checked them in full.

 

    Other Products

 

  • Hofats – We aim to deliver these products within 7-10 business days of placing of your order. Timescales are approximate only.

  • Please do not sign for and accept any goods until you have unpacked and checked them in full.

 

  • With Hofats products we also offer a local collection service from our business office. If you choose this service at checkout, we will email you to notify you of our opening times for collection. Please note collection is from our business office and is by arranged appointment times. This is a free service that we offer and  If you attempt collection without an arranged time and/or out of office hours we will not be responsible for any losses that you may have incurred as a result of being  unable to collect your goods.  

     

  RETURNS POLICY 

  • We are committed to selling high quality products.

  • Should you order something from us and wish to terminate the order soon after, if we have already despatched the goods, you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us.

 

  • On delivery of your items please make sure you check them carefully before they are used or installed. Please also retain your receipt or email confirmation as you may need this as proof of purchase in the event of any after sales queries.

 

  • Any items that you wish to return or exchange must be notified to us by email within 14 days of delivery, you must not return any item to us without first receiving email confirmation from us accepting the return. The email will provide return instructions which will vary depending on the products that you have purchased. You must not return any ovens without prior arrangement with us.

 

  • Any item that is returned must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition. If these terms are not me then you will not be entitled to a refund.

 

  • Once an item has been used it cannot be returned or exchanged, this does not affect your statutory rights.

 

  • The purchaser is responsible for any return charges.

 

  • Please do not return any products to the registered office address.

 

  • If you discover that your item is faulty then please contact us by phone or email, we will try and find a suitable solution to ensure that the issue is resolved. Please do not return any faulty or damaged item to us prior to calling or emailing and receiving approval of the return and how to return the item to us and the address for the return.

 

  • The Delivita oven comes with a manufacturer’s 5 – year warranty. You are required to register your oven with Delivita by email to hello@delivita.com providing details of where you purchased the oven from, the serial number, your name and address and any contact details. The warranty covers :

 

  1. Cracking to the interior

  2. Cracking to the exterior shell

  3. Damage to the stainless steel casing

  4. The warranty dos not cover accidental damage or misuse of the oven. Pleas follow the detailed instructions on how to carefully cure your oven
