Out There Living Ltd retains your information while you remain an active customer, unless you ask us to delete your information. If you stop being an active customer we will retain your information unless you request that your details be deleted; however we will only contact you if we believe the information we intend to send to you could be of 'legitimate interest' to you.

If you have requested information from us or subscribed to our services we will retain your information until you request that your personal details be removed.

We are happy to supply to you the data that we hold about you, and /or amend or remove your details in a timely manner if requested to do so. 

 

We store your data on a secure server which can only be viewed by Out There Living staff. By providing us with your personal data, you consent to this arrangement.

 

 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
